Seashell tags & Barbequed EGG!!
Beautiful shells from the beach in my stash box
I cut the top and bottom using a pair of fancy cut scissors which I bought yrs ago and thought I would never ever use, it just goes to show you if you save something long enough you will eventually use it lol
Heres a little snippet of someone waiting to be barbequed - my Eggypegs.
Didnt want to disturb him by removing my weed bag lol, but it does spoil the photie somewhat lol....
Have a crafty day everyone.... ju x

SEAVIEW COLLAGE
well I did get the sewing machine going but for how long I'm not sure, it seems its a common fault, lots of us have.
Loving the thought by Karen that piskies come in the night and sort it out, cant they see how untidy my house is and sort that out too...... lol
Anyhow
Loving this new media(for me) that I've added to my papers, simple stitching... dont want to get too DISTRACTED!!! just want to keep it simple, well at the moment anyhow.
For me its more about the papers and the textures so many thoughts of where you can go with this, do I jot them down or just go for it and experiment as I go on......
Here are some close up snippets.
keep meaning to make journal pages that I can look for reference but never seem to get the time
note to self:- MUST TRY HARDER! lol
But here is how its turned out........And a beautiful frame a friend gave me to finish it off, its a bit difficult to photie with the glass in as you get reflections but I did manage it lying down in the kitchen, thats the frame and not me, by the way lol....
Hope you like it x Have a crafty day everyone xxx

Down by the Sea
I had a little play yesterday afternoon with adirondak sprays and some stamps from the past. You can see the speckles on the picture where I oversprayed with water once the inks had dried and I like the effect so much I couldnt stop lol

BROWN & BLUE DAY
This is one of my favourite stamps eva.... seedhead
The stamp is from rubber stamp gallery
The papers are from stampin up, I get mine from Germaine she also passed me onsome of these gorgeous butterfly die cuts.
The card below is made with stamps from Cath when I won the blog candy
The chipboard swirl is from Maya Road, and I have inked and embossed with distress powder and then inked again.
I have also inked the card candy to match in with the colours
The card below is stampin up again, with an added distressed heart in the same manner as above, The bow is made from a piece of suede, If only we could sit relaxing in a boat dangling are feet in the warm water life would be wonderful, Dont you think?
I'm gonna call these my shabby chic look cards lol...... I do love the colours. Have a great day everyone, if all goes well I am off to visit ye olde craft shoppe.....

Here is what I came up with in the end, it started with the background and evolved over 2 hours.... what great fun to have on a saturday night, by the way I did have a bottle of rum added to my coke as I was playing(but not a whole bottle)...lol
Glad I found my TIME again, must remember in future which box I put it away in........ Have a great weekend xxx
